Rubber products production process mainly includes: raw material preparation → feeding → mixing → forming → curing → recuperation → inspection.

A. Rubber products feeding

B. Rubber products mixing

In order to adapt to different conditions of use, obtain different properties, but also to improve the performance of rubber products and reduce the cost, it is necessary to add different coordination agents into the raw rubber.

Blending is a process of mixing the plasticized raw rubber and the compounding agent, putting them in the mixing machine, and dispersing the compounding agent completely and evenly in the raw rubber through mechanical mixing.Mixing is an important process in the production of rubber products, if the mixing is not uniform, it can not give full play to the role of rubber and compounding agent, affect the performance of the product.After mixing the rubber, people called mixing rubber, it is the manufacture of a variety of rubber products semi-finished materials, commonly known as rubber, are usually sold as goods, buyers can use rubber directly processed molding, vulcanization made of rubber products needed.According to different formulations, there are a series of different grades and varieties of mixing glue with different properties to choose from.

C. Rubber products of the molding

The molding method is also a very important molding method in the rubber industry. The rubber material is cut or cut into a simple shape, and added to the heating mold, and vulcanized at the same time, and the products are demoulded while hot.Many rubber molding products such as gaskets, shock absorption products (such as rubber ring, plastic plate) are produced in this way.
