The production process is as bellow

extrusion hose flow map: Raw material inspection →mix→iner extrusion→Braid→outer extrusion→pipe through die→vulcanize→cut and wash → Inspect→Package→ Storage→ Shipment→ inspection shipment

How to bend the rubber hose?

After extrusion , we put rubber hose through hose mandrel

Then we vulcanizing rubber hose for about 15-20 minutes.

Then wash mandrel lube from hoses.The lube isWater soluble and eco friendly which can easily washed by water .

Then you get the bend rubber hose , testing the pressure&Leak   cuting two end , marking .

Then use the fixture to check the marking if it is OK

Besides , we also have other test machine for raw material or other test .
