Because of its excellent thermal conductivity, insulation, shockproof and convenient assembly, silicone caps have been applied in various fields, such as: heating transistors, diodes, audions, switching power supply, uninterruptable power supply equipment, heat dissipation of power amplifiers, heat dissipation of automobile electronic equipment, cooling fins and heat dissipation fins, and other applications requiring heat dissipation and insulation. When applying, only need to install the silicone cap directly on the corresponding parts.

The product performance is as follows:

1.Temperature resistance: the temperature can be so high as 260°C. The cap is still elastic at -20°C;

2.Electrical insulation performance: the dielectric performance of the silicone cap is good, especially the dielectric performance is higher than the general organic rubber at high temperature. The dielectric performance is almost not affected by temperature within the range of 20°C ~ 200°C ;

3.Good weather resistance, ozone resistance, good tolerance to low concentration of acid, alkali, salt, oil and chemicals.
