Perfluorinated rubber has three characteristics: First, high temperature resistance; Second, strong corrosion resistance. It has a strong dielectric performance in the acid and alkali environment; And the third is super cleanliness. 

Those characteristics make it widely used in the following fields: first, chemical processes and petroleum refining. In this field, perfluorinated rubber seals are mainly used in mechanical seals, pumps, reactors, agitators, compressor housings, valves, various kinds of instruments and other equipment, usually as seal, stem packing, diaphragm and gasket. Another feild is instruments for analysis and flow, usually used as partitions, diaphragms, column fittings, hoops, gaskets, etc. 

Apart from those, perfluorinated rubber products are also used in semiconductor manufacturing, food and pharmaceuticals, and aerospace.
