The engine compartment features persistent high temperature, chemical volatiles and harsh thermal cycling environment. We adopt FKM fluororubber and high-performance HNBR materials for local seals, valve gaskets and high-temperature air hoses. With professional secondary vulcanization treatment, these products resist temperature up to 220℃, avoid aging cracking under long-term high-heat exposure, and prevent gas and liquid leakage inside the engine cabin.
Cooling System: EPDM rubber parts for long-term water and steam circulation
Vehicle cooling systems require excellent weather resistance and hydrolysis resistance. We apply premium EPDM rubber for radiator hoses, cooling water pipes and system sealing rings. Featured with great ozone resistance and low compression set, these parts adapt to alternating cold and hot circulation of coolant, maintain stable sealing performance all year round, and avoid pipe bursting or liquid leakage during long-distance driving.
Oil Circuit System: Oil-resistant rubber components for fuel and hydraulic pipelines
Facing erosion of gasoline, diesel and lubricating oil, NBR and upgraded HNBR rubber are adopted for fuel hoses, oil pump seals and hydraulic circuit gaskets. These products deliver stable oil corrosion resistance under dynamic pressure, effectively preventing oil leakage and pipeline expansion deformation, meeting long-life operation requirements of vehicle oil circuits.
